1. Too fast to start the assembly line can cause slippage. It can start slowly at this time. If a squirrel cage motor is used, it can be started after two jogs, which can also effectively overcome the slipping phenomenon.
2. If the load of the assembly line belt is too large, it will slip if it exceeds the capacity of the motor. The advantage of slip at this time is to protect the motor. Otherwise, the motor will be burnt after a long time. But for operation, it is a slip accident.
3. The initial tension of the assembly line belt is too small. Insufficient tension at the belt leaving the drum causes the belt to slip. This situation generally occurs at startup.
4. The friction between the drive roller and the belt is not enough to cause slipping. The reason for not wanting is mostly water on the belt or humid environment.
Second, the solution to the deviation of the belt during the operation of the assembly line equipment:
1. Adjust the position of the driving roller and the reversing roller. The adjustment of the driving drum and the reversing drum is an important part of the belt deviation adjustment. Because the belt conveyor has less than 2 to 5 rollers, the installation position of all the rollers must be perpendicular to the center line of the belt conveyor length. If the deviation is too large, it will inevitably deviate. The adjustment method is similar to the adjustment of the roller set.
2. Installation and adjustment of the core roller group: There are many types such as intermediate shaft type, four-link type, vertical roller type, etc. The principle is to use blocking or rollers to rotate in the horizontal plane, blocking or generating lateral thrust to make the belt automatic Centripetal to achieve the purpose of adjusting belt deviation. Generally, it is reasonable to use this method when the total length of the pipeline equipment is short or when the pipeline equipment is in two-way operation. The reason is that the shorter pipeline equipment is easier to run off and is not easy to adjust.
3. Adjust the supporting roller group. When the belt of the assembly line deviates in the middle of the belt conveyor, the position of the roller group can be adjusted to adjust the deviation; during manufacturing, the mounting holes on both sides of the roller group are processed with long holes for adjustment. The specific method is which side of the belt is biased, which side of the roller set moves forward in the direction of belt advancement, or the other side moves backward.
