Electronic assembly line
1. Before using the electronic assembly line, check whether the power supply circuit in the workshop meets the load requirements required by the equipment; whether the power supply voltage and frequency conform to the equipment regulations.
2. The electronic assembly line reducer should check whether the internal oil is sufficient from time to time. It can be seen from a small circular window on the outside. If the oil is lacking or the oil is not enough, the internal gear friction will increase. Long-term work will be in this situation. The gear grinding damage guide method will be used. The bearings and bearing seats should be inspected and cleaned every year of use. If damage is found to be unsuitable for use, it should be repaired or replaced immediately, and greased. The amount of grease added is about the amount of the inner cavity. Two-thirds.
3. The assembly line in the middle of the electronic assembly line is made of PVC material, so it cannot withstand high temperatures and cannot touch dangerous objects such as fireworks, otherwise the chain will be broken. In addition, when the electronic assembly line is working, it is not possible to force the power off at will. This is because the motor is working. If the power is forced off, it may cause the motor to burn out and other dangers. Regularly check the connected parts of each wire to see if the connection is reliable and good, and there are rust spots and other phenomena.
4. The frequency converter of the electronic assembly line should be adjusted to zero when it is turned off, so as to avoid some unintentional losses due to items on the belt when it is turned on. If the electronic assembly line does not have a forward and reverse function, the inverter should not be designed with a reverse function, and the function can be locked to prevent the belt from reversing and causing friction and damage when running.
5. The adjustment of the conveyor belt of the electronic assembly line: the tensioning device at the end of the line body is equipped with an adjusting screw. The tightness of the conveyor belt has been adjusted during installation. After a fixed time of operation, due to the long-term tension working state, each rotation The abrasion of the parts will cause elongation. At this time, rotating the adjusting screw can achieve the purpose of tightening, but pay attention to the proper tightening and loosening.
6. The chains on the electronic assembly line, the bearings on the head and tail rollers, and the small load-bearing rollers on the surface must be filled with lubricating oil or engine oil from time to time to prevent strange noises when the oil is lacking. Cause damage.
7. Before starting the electric motor of the electronic assembly line, it is necessary to check whether the reducer in the main drive system has been oiled; for example, it should be filled with 30# engine oil or above the gear oil mark. After 200 hours of use, clean and change the oil. Clean and change oil after 2000 hours of use.
8. After the electronic assembly line is used, clean the line body and the sundries under the main and auxiliary machines to keep the equipment clean, tidy and dry to increase the service life of the equipment.
