Integrating its technology of pulse charging, TUNECHARGER launches a new race of tools dedicated to batteries regeneration, under the Bat4life brand.

Bat4life, a product designed by Tunecharger, rejuvenates used-up batteries. A profitable and environmental friendly process.

The main causes of the short life time of SLI batteries: their ageing and their irregular use that provoke the progressive deposit of sulfate crystals which asphyxiates batteries by hindering a well circulation of the internal electric current. Once out of service, SLI batteries are sent to the bin although their full chemical capacities more often remain intact.

The Bat4life process, as designed by Tunecharger, consists in applying a smart process of charge and cleaning at battery terminals, in order to retrieve the initial performances of batteries. Bat4life dissolves back the sulfate crystal and allows the battery to breath again.

 

Bat4life is applicable:

  • by scheduled treatments in order to prevent excessive sulfation,
  • to reactivate a battery after months of inactivity,
  • to rescue an asphyxiated battery that can't be well recharged.

 

Bat4life permits to keep performing batteries for a very long time, and to avoid definitive damages by forced charges. The economic impact is indisputable because any regularly maintained battery almost keeps its full capacity of charge and discharge for a life time.

The decrease of Lead rebuttal in nature is thus important. Moreover, recycling processes are also costly, complicated and energy consuming.

 

Bat4life fits every Lead-acid, NiMH and NiCad batteries (it is not applicable of lithium batteries).
